Hi. I’m Kathy.
I’ve been where you are.
A few years ago I became an empty nester who had relocated to a new state and found myself unexpectedly unemployed shortly after. Every role I had spent decades building — mom, professional, friend — disappeared all at once.
I didn’t feel broken, but I also didn’t know who I was without those roles that helped define my identity.
What pulled me through was expressive art. Not learning techniques or painting pretty pictures — but using creative expression as a tool to process what I was feeling when I couldn’t find the words. It changed everything for me.
