Art gives you a way to move beyond the idea phase of life—the planning, dreaming, and hoping—and into the beautiful, brave act of creating. Artful Emotions will help you step into that space with confidence, curiosity, and grace. You will learn how to quiet the inner critic that whispers you’re not ready, not talented enough, or not creative.  In this space, art becomes your safe place to make mistakes, explore your feelings, and figure things out one stroke, one mark, one experiment at a time.

 

You’ll learn to ask questions about your work—What is this becoming? What does it want to express? What am I trying to say?—and let those answers guide your next step with all its imperfections. You will be invited to follow your intuitive flow, to allow what’s inside you to rise to the surface in its own authentic form.
